Sheriff's Sales are post as soon as they are available to be posted and are not done on a certain date or time each month. Sometimes sales list are available a few days before the following month or they are finished a few days after. Please keep in mind that Sheriff's Sales are posted on-line as a courtesy only and sometimes for unforeseen reasons we my reserve the right not to post them on-line. Sheriff's Sales are always subject to change! You may always obtain a copy of the current Sheriff's Sales by going to the Sheriff's Office located within the Pottawatomie County Court House lower level at 325 North Broadway Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801 Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm. For questions regarding Sheriff's Sales please contact Mary Zimmerman Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Sales start at 11:00a.m. in the foyer of the court house! If you are the high bidder 10% must be paid by 3p.m. day of the sale made payable to the Pottawatomie County Clerk. Payment in full in two weeks, before the comfirmation date.
